The other day I came home at 9 PM , tired but did not want to go to sleep so I made some Molasses cookies, by 10 Pm they came out of the oven. You know how you get that crack line in the cookies!!! You drop the tray ( out of the oven) on the countertop twice and hope the crack appear ..to make them look tastier !
