In Portland OR we have a downtown food cart called The Wicked Wiener.

And there's a little wine bar (with cross-dressing waiters one night/week) called Crush. Maybe that's more 'cute' than funny though.

There was - maybe still is, but probably not - a chain of pub-type establishments in Britain called Dirty Dick's. I remember when I was a kid (many, many decades ago) my parents were entertaining a visiting British surgeon one afternoon, chatting very politely and properly over afternoon tea. They got to the subject of restaurants in the UK. My mother said pleasantly "There are a lot of Dirty Dick's in London, aren't there?" The doctor caught my eye, burst out laughing, and said "Oh, I don't know, I suppose so!" which endeared him to me forever.

Up the street from me (in chicago) there is a sushi place called Bob-San Sushi. But I've heard a lot of people just call it Bob's ... there is something about when I heard a local cop say (in that distinct cop way), "yeah, I'm going to Bob's for Sushi, wanna come" to his partner, that I found very amusing.

We have a Nacho Mama's in New Orleans, too. And the "sister" restaurant is Mother Cluckers.

Here are my favorites (where I have actually been) from my area: (North Carolina)

'The Goody Goody Omelet House' in Wilmington

'Toot N Tell' in Garner (has a drive through where you used to toot your horn and then tell them what you wanted)

'Takey Outey' in Raleigh (Chinese)

I also have some Caribbean faves...

'Pon de Corner' (up on the corner)
'Chicken Lavish'
'Tastee Patties' - all in Jamaica
'Skinny Legs' - St John
