Rant: it is chilly & grey
Rave: we are still loving Florida!

Rant: my youngest grandson (age 3 months) lives in New York and I can't get away to see him just yet
Rave: my daughter sent a picture of him this morning - he's unbelievably cute!

Rant; The local NY Tv news, in a fight for ratings, are doing these scuzzy stories & touting "news x exclusive-you'll only see this here" WHO CARES???I'm so sick of irresponsible reporting & "uncovering" scandals that aren't scandals.

Rave: We leave for our first car trip to Fla. on Sunday. (Tips from GoTravel & Scarlett??) I'll open a thread.:)

Rant: Another freakishly cold blast of Artic air is making a beeline to Boston. I am so tired of being cold.

Rave: As always my kids - I love those 2 knuckleheads.

Rave: Celebrating 17 years of marriage this weekend to the father of the above mentioned knuckleheads. We're heading to Boston to be tourists in our own town once again. Can't wait to hit the North End. My stomache is rumbling already.

Rant: Saturday night its back to 22 below.

Rave: Satelite Direct TV will be offering local station affiliates channels this spring in my area. I get NY and LA affilliates of the three major broadcasters and have had enough of the NY stations. \:D/

Rant: Got hardly any sleep last night and having a hard time staying awake

Rant: Boss just asked me to come in on Monday, which we originally had off for the Federal Holiday.

Rave: Was excused was coming in on Monday as I have a prepaid reservation in DC

Rave: I'm going to DC with my BF for the weekend!

Rant: I don't know if we're coming back Sunday or Monday, because BF may have to work Monday, which means I may as well go in to work also

Rave: It's Valentine's Day weekend!

Rant: All the cheesy things that will be on TV as a result!! LOL

Rave: It's actually going to be in the 40's this weekend...woohoo, heat wave!

Rave: leaving tomorrow for Palm Springs!!!!

Rant: hate to think of all the paperwork on my desk when I come back...

Rant:That knome is a rip off from Amelie nothing too creative in that commercial. If you saw the connection right away there is nothing freaky either, just a stab at pulling in the artsy crowd.

RAVE:
I'm due in 9 weeks!

RANT: Working out is getting even harder-I just taught my last aerobics class (for now) :( . Oh ya, and my back hurts.

Rave: that freakishly weird but funny Quizno's commercial with the "singing" hamster/rat/rodent of some sort!!

Rant: i have so much to do at work that I SHOULD work through the weekend. But I'm not, so I'll just worry about coming in Monday all weekend.

Rave: Spring is just around the corner!

Rant: Couldn't tell the above by the thermometer and wind gusts here!

Rave: New house is almost finished!!!

RANT: People that seemingly DON'T do a 'search' here first, before asking questions.

RAVE: That the majority of people are still so nice, that they answer anyway!

rant: people who get angry at others asking questions.

rave: Paris is on sale from NYC through Amercian for $300 this weekend

Rant:can't go to Paris should save

Rant: Just home from a wonderful vacation and have to listen to the political garbage

Rave: Had a spectacular three week vacation :-B

Rant: Like MissJanna, didn't get enough sleep last night and I'm having trouble keepin my eyes open...

Rave: It's Friday and I have Monday off...I have enough work that I could come in, but I'm not!

Cassidy, if you like that Quizno's commercial, there's more stuff just like that at this website: www.rathergood.com. I don't know if it's the same guy's handywork, but it sure looks like it!!

Rave: It's a beautiful sunny day in South Florida!

Rave: My diet is still working!

Rant: I still have to get up early tomorrow to take my daughter to her Saturday class. :(

Rant The company I worked for before retirement just changed insurance carriers and the cost for prescriptions and insurance went through the roof.

Rave Cancelled the coverage and bought the meds in Canada for an annual savings of $2200.00.

Rant: This seems like the longest winter ever (however, I think I say that every year).

Rave: five weeks from now I'll be strolling along the streets of Paris.

Rave: HD capable TV

Rant: Took the cable company 3 visits and 3 HD boxes to (fingers crossed,knock on wood)get it "right"

Rave: HD TV

Possible Rant: And this company might run Disneyland???

rant - Work. Thats all I have to say about that. Its been so stressful lately I want to scream.

debrah when I was stressed as you are I always reminded myself of those who were not working. And I was in an unbearable situation. Now I am unemployed, the grass is always greener when somone is laying green in your hand.

Rant-#*!*# Ford SUV. Stupid anti theft device locked up my steering column. I sat in the parking lot with a stinky dog, hungry, whiny kids trying to get the dog gone thing to start. Dealership put me on hold. IF I had beer I would have drank every last bottle.

Rave-Kal's posts make me laugh.

Rave-It's my 39th wedding anniversary today! and still in love.

Rant-want to do all those years again (well, most of them). Don't waste any one of them, folks.

Wow! 39 years. Congratulations.

Rant: I downloaded a new microsoft update and now I'm getting lots of popup ads that aren't blocked by my Popup Stopper that's always worked before. Oddly enough every one of these new popups say "microsoft" right across the top of them, but they are ads for all kinds of companies. Grrr!
Also with my PopupStopper, I need to hold down the control button when I want a popup window to open. In the second or two that I hold it down, I tend to get about three other popup ads that open along with it.

Rave: Life is good, the weather is beautiful, I'm happy and well and busy planning travel. What more could I ask for?

Rant: daughter got two teeth pulled yesterday, ouch!

Rave: grandma's got the kids for the night tomorrow!!

Rant: middle son just informed he needs a tux for his V-Day dinner tomorrow night! (ouch on the pocketbook)

Rave: there's a card and a small box on hubby's desk with my name on it!

Rant: our condo is booked this weekend

Rave: we're going snow-boarding on Mon. when they leave!! ***kim***
