I absolutely agree with Marilyn's comments. I look forward to this thread every week - remember when Ani was expecting her baby? We were all counting down the weeks with her. It's a great way for us all to check in with each other.

Saturday rave so as not to interfere with this past Friday rave :D

The skies are grey, it is windy and cooler!!
It fools me into thinking we will have an autumn in Florida :)

Happy Birthday, Cassidy! ((^)) Many more healthy and happy! :-)

Seetheworld, I remember the pride and pain of the little bird leaving the nest! It's a real emotional roller-coaster but you'll survive! :-)

Byrd, hope you and your granddaughter will have wonderful birthdays! ((^))

suzanne, that is the funniest thing I have ever read on Freaky Friday! Also short and to the point.

rave: the highschool student on the cot next next to me on Tuesday giving blood for the first time. It was her seventeenth birthday and was now old enough to do it.

TO mikemo,

Ya, that's the downside. Many say "just never ever drive thru Virginia again! ;-)

(I've confirmed the points & ticket do NOT count on my Canadian record & will NOT affect my insurance)

But I think I'm going to have to pay a lawyer to get it lowered to "just speeding" and pay the fine to make things right. It'd be just my luck to be the one for a problem to arise at Customs crossing the border if I don't settle the ticket. Sigh!
