Rave--Friends that are adopting 2 little girls from Russia finally have all the red tape finished and have dates to pick up the girls! In less than 2 weeks the girls will be part of a wonderful family.

Rant--Our friends are not used to flying often, and of course the latest world events are not helping their fear of flying.

DW fell in love with foster cats three and four and she had their files marked do not eu in case they are not adopted. If # 3 doesn't get taken, we'll take her. Same with # 4 I guess, though I really don't need three cats

The one we brought home today is less than a year old and has four kittens that are a week old.

La Pizza Club on Hertel Avenue. It's almost as good as the pizza I used to get growing up on the W. side!

It's a hole in the wall, though. A take out place, although they do have a few tables.

Rave: I saw the play, "The Full Monty" last night with my friend from Buffalo. They changed it from London to Buffalo. Very funny.

Rave: friend's daughter made it from Berlin into London yesterday for the Madonna concert w/her friend.

Rant: the full moon so we can't really see it. It's usually cloudy here for it...go figure.

Rave: all the good news about 4 legged friends, safe travels, wonderful Fodorites and their families.

Rant: special wishes to those with serious concerns.
