I'd like to get back on topic and recommend specific accomodations to the OP. Does Fodor's allow VRBO etc recs to private properties? For the record I'm not a property owner in the area and currently have no vested interest in any VRBO listings, but I've stayed at a few of them and can give feedback and recs.

"the motive is puzzling"

Probably trying to establish herself as a contributor, so that then she can start posting some sort of advertisements-in-disguise.

I Since I saw her first post a while back, I've assumed that Sarahava123 is either (like clarkgriswold suggests) waiting to post some ads - OR - is just a 'special' young person who wants to participate.

I've mentioned VRBO listings from many places many times, after staying in them and vetting. Of course, if I owned one, mentioning it would be verboten.

Don't see why you could not post recs for a VRBO as long as you are not advertising. I would think that kind of feedback could be helpful to a person considering several vacation rentals.

Of course one can recommend vrbo, airbnb, etc. properties - just like recommending specific hotels or restaurants or tour guides. Just can't advertise places one has an interest in.
