I am a constant reader, sometimes poster, on this forum. I usually spend 90% of my time on the European Forum(personally, more interesting).<BR>I work for State government, and contrary to popular opinion, I, like most of my colleagues, have NO time to surf during the work day. Also, apparently unlike most private employers, my government agency tracks email/internet usuage,so even if I had the time, I wouldn't be surfing...yes, deterrence is an effective resource.
