Checking in after another prolonged absence from the boards :( . I wish I could join you guys this year! I know you'll have such a fantastic time, and maybe that darn puma will finally reveal itself to you.

I recommended BdC to some friends that went down in March for their first CR visit. They loved the place (naturally!). There were puma sightings while they were there, but they missed the kitty; just like we all seem to do... Those near misses can't continue forever though. The Fodor's gang is bound to have a sighting before long. I hope it happens for you this year, although I'll be horribly envious to miss out.

Keep those GTG's going. I'd definitely love to meet up with you again at BdC.

I've been reading the reports from the Fodor BDC Moonies for years. We just got back from our first visit and ---- they're right! It's the best place ever.

atdahl - I'll be there in Casa Blanca May 9 thru 12 - what are your dates? I love your photographs from past trips. This will be my first BdC visit, but fifth trip to CR. Can't wait to become a BdC "moonie" - in fact, having lunch with (BdC owner) Kim's mom today!

I am there the week of May 14th so it looks like we will all miss each other. Too bad.

We fly home from SJO on the 14th, so maybe we will pass in the airport...looking forward to seeing your new set of photos.

Yes, it looks like we have settled on June 27th - July 4th. Bosque del Cabo has offered a generous discount for fodorites attending the GTG.

Colibri and Mr. Colibri will be there to join in the GTG fun - sounds like we have a good sized group!!

Correct! If you rent one of the houses the % off does not include food, just the house amount. They also need to be a current poster at Fodor's, obviously. We probably need to start a new thread sooner or later, this one is quite lengthy and is from the previous GTG.
