Spent 3 years on and off travelling with various tour companies, (Children's theatre, rock bands as a market coordinator) and lived for a spell in Rep. of Ireland. Now I live in the heart of Hollywood, CA. But long to own a B and B or small hotel in France...

I live in Las Vegas now (by choice, temperature is 50C/90F today and beautiful). Grew up in western NY, but since then have lived in Minnesota, Colorado, Texas, Arizona, Florida, and Central NY (in the States) and Japan, England, Italy, and Belgium, courtesy of 26 years in the US Air Force. Travel is my PASSION.

I grew up in Eugene,Or. and moved to San Diego, CA. when I was 13. I lived in Hawaii for 3 years in the early 90's but now I never want to leave San Diego unless it were to live in Europe. I am leaving for Paris May 10th, this will be my second time there. I hope to be able to travel more, I am only 31 so I have lots of time ahead of me, I just have to get a really fantastic paying job to afford it all. :)

I think that many europeens know about Fodor, so I can't tell you why they are not visiting. On the other hand there are SO many good portals on travelling - also europeen - so that's perhaps why.
