In September I am finally going to Scandinavia, a long held dream. Stopover for four nights in London, then Denmark, Sweden and Norway.
Followed by Switzerland, Bavaria and Austria. Fly out on 1st Sept and back on 5th October.
When you fly from Australia you need to make the trip worthwhile!

We're (husband and I) going to Rome on Feb 5 for one week--so far that's the only plan!

The problem with being a freelancer is that when you're busy you can't travel and when you're not, you don't want to (and can't afford to!)

February:
Shanghai (1 week)

June/July:
Europe backpacking trip including:
Rome, Florence, Tuscan day trips, Venice, Monaco, Nice, Aix en Provence, Avignon, Provence day trips, Paris. (1 month)

Being a lowly student traveler with a sheer fraction of the experience possessed by nearly everyone on this forum, I will be asking for major help on certain parts of that backpacking trip some time soon... hope you are all up to giving me some advice, I'll certainly need it!

"We're from Massachusetts but our son plays Tampa college baseball!!!!"

Jayneann,

My nephew is on the University of Tampa baseball team! He is from NJ. I looked at the roster and there is only 1 Mass. person there. I guess that's him?

My sister goes to down for the games. She really loves it. They won the "world series" last year.
