His attitude is a basic Arrogant, Ignorant, insensitive and unfounded Australian attitude that there is no such thing as a psychological problem of this nature and everyone should just get over it. This kind of attitude is rampant throughout Australia particularly in men. Not in professionals mind you, just your average ignorant joe or in this case Neil.
