Hi Tony, I went to your site but I didn't write in your book because it wasn't working. Site is nice. When are you coming to New York?

The book is based on the peculiar goings-on between tony and emily during march/april/may of 2001 when we attempted to drive around all 48 states of the Union (ignoring for obvious reasons Alaska and Hawaii). See my website for details etc. We made the SoCal Fodorites getogether at Art's, but missed the 'Nati one as my flight was delayed and I spent the next day sleeping. Nicholsons reminds me of home - including the prices!<BR><BR>Elizabeth, we missed NYC out on the trip for a number of reasons. I had foolishly though we could get a quick and cheap train from Harrisburg, PA, but it was super expensive and mega slow. Didn't fancy taking the car in to town, and so we ditched the idea by the time we'd got to Stamford, CT. I regret it now in some ways, I would have liked to have seen NYC pre Sep 11th.
