She prowls message boards all over the web so she can declare others whose experience and/or opinions are contrary to her own names like "dunce" and "ingrate" and, usually, much worse. Where does a supposed wife and mother of two who "runs a business" find so much time to bother others?

Sounds like a great time--I'm afraid I'll miss the gathering by just a week! A friend and I will be arriving on March 31 and leaving April 7 (we lucked out on that great Icelandair two-for-one special). Will anyone be around the first week in April?

So what are you folks who are going to Paris in the next week or 2 going to pack? Is it cool? cold? Do we need winter coats? Hats and gloves? Raincoats? Just sweaters? I can't get a handle on the packing - how to be "properly" dressed for the weather, the activities and the culture! <BR>

I'm taking a jacket w/zip-out fleece vest, a pr of silk longjohns (top/pants), turtleneck for layering, long-sleeve shirt, wool socks, two prs shoes (in case one pr gets wet), and of course . . . black pants. I think (hope) I will be dressed for any kind of weather. If not, I can always buy something and have a wonderful souvenir. <BR> <BR>Sandy

My "wife" (wow) and I will be on our honeymoon in Paris March 30th - April 7th. My wifes first time in Paris my third. Cant wait! Staying at George V, lucky us. Will review when back! Our friends are staying at the Franklin Roosevelt, will also review!

I've emailed privately the people who are overlapping with us in Paris, but wanted to post here to catch anyone else who might have indicated an interest in getting together. Alas I think I'm going to have to take a "rain check". I am "shepherding" 6 other people, including 5 friends from Macedonia. It's their first trip to Paris, so my first responsibility is there. I will be in Paris March 21-27th. It would be great to meet up on the 23rd. This is only my second time in Paris so I am not sure where this is you will be meeting. Can someone e-mail me directly with more specific information. I decided just a few days ago to make this trip and I'm having a hard time finding any rooms in a two star hotel....does anyone have any suggestions. I would appreciate any help.

Hello all Paris travelers-one restaurant recommendation I can make is for Le Petit Zinc in the St. Germain district. It was the only good meal I had the entire time I was there (yes, I'm picky). Reservations are hard to come by; maybe your hotel can help. One museum recommendation: the Musee Picasso-very interesting, educational and not nearly as tiring as the Louvre. One clothing recommendation: bring the gloves and scarf. My husband and I damn near froze to death last March until we bought some warmer clothes. Fashion before function only works when its above 40 degrees.
