8 weeks and 1 day until an UNEXPECTED trip to Paris ( see my separate post)
and then 8 weeks and 1 week, yes right after this pop up to Paris we are off to Egypt, Jordan and Israel for thereabout a month

Good thing we've been to Paris a zillion times, so its just going to be fun with no agenda ( DH has business there)

And then before ALL that , my stepdaughter is getting married in Calif on May 30th!!

Tomorrow with my daughter and 6 yr old granddaughter for a week in Paris!

I love seeing all the new trips popping up now!

In eight days, this will be our sixth trip to Italy. We are re-visting places we have already been, but in a different way.

For instance, six days in Sorrento at the Hotel Grand Royal overlooking the Bay of Naples and Mt. Vesuvius with one day trip planned for seeing Naples on foot.

From there we will train to Bologna and stay at Hotel Porta San Mamolo, where we stayed in 2007. Wonderful small hotel with large rooms and modern bathroom with a very nice staff. Great food in Bologna!

From there we will train to Stresa and stay at the Hotel Astoria overlooking Lago Maggiore and the three Borromeo islands. A day trip is planned into Milano.

Then home...

All-in-all the emphasis is on relaxing and enjoying our time in Italia with each other.

five months until our week in paris, followed by a week in italy. Apartment in Paris, hotel in Rome, then 3 days in the countryside. Our first trip to Europe (together) in our 30 year marriage and we're freaking out with excitement!

Wow, looking at this thread I've missed responding for several trips. Leaving in 4 1/2 weeks for Paris with my (adult) daughters.....should be wonderful!

Judy, sounds like you may be leaving Paris about the same time we are arriving? Have a great time!

10 days until my wife and I go on our honeymoon to Italy. 7 days in Rome, 6 days in Florence, 3 days in Venice.

Can't wait!!

73 Days until Scotland!!!! My 4th time, and my husband's return to his home!

Off to Boston in 2 days , then NYC and a wedding nearby. Should be fun! Got great airfares from Spain. My mom from Cincinnati is joining us! Can't wait! Will also see son we haven't seen since Xmas.

Renting a house in Kissimmee for a vacation with children and grandchildren in July and then a week in Paris in October.

The first day of our trip just hit the ten-day forecast! Cloudy and high of 69.

Back from France 22 days ago, and, off to France again in 17 days!

66 days to Greece! Athens, then Crete (Chania & Heraklion)then Santorini, then Naxos, back to Athens!

15 days away!!! Flygirl, I also get excited when my trip hits the ten-day forecast!

Being able to see the weather forecast, knowing it's too far out to be accurate, is always exciting for me!

We are looking at 5 days in Maine mid-September, a week in Paris in December and a Mediterranean cruise in the spring....not sure which I'm looking forward to more!

Sigh....I'm pregnant and very sick so no upcoming trips for me. I'm envious for all of you with upcoming trips because a) you are going on vacation and b) you feel good enough to travel!

However, my husband did mention a possible business trip to Hong Kong/Bangkok for this September so perhaps I can tag along if I'm feeling up to it.

We hit the 10 day weather forecast yesterday - woot!

One week to 'wheels-up'.

Then it's a full week of hiking in the Dolomites, followed by 2 nights in Munich. A short trip, but I'm really looking forward to it!
