Chocoholic here...you'll find good chocolate in every grocery store and fancier chocolate at shops like Laderach and Teuscher. Teuscher is my all time favorite (champagne truffles!), but only found in Zurich (and other major cities in other countries).
Frey chocolates are quite good and can be found in Migros stores, Cailler is also good and can be found at Coop stores. I've yet to find bad chocolate in Switzerland, lol.

There is a Laderach in Zermatt - I highly recommend their champagne truffles, Bailey's truffles and mixed berry bark (the name escapes me).

There's also a Lindt shop in Zermatt - Lindt isn't my favorite, but they do have nice hot chocolate.

St. Mortiz and Pontresina have Laderach shops, and we like Cafe Hanselman in St Moritz for their desserts.
The Engadine is known for it's nusstorte, and Hanselman has a nice one. Other Grisons specialties include capuns, pizzokels, and Gerstensuppe (Swiss barley soup).
You definitely will not go hungry!
