here's a few more:<BR><BR>The royal deer parks, especially when the foals (?) are born.<BR><BR>Football at White Hart LAne (accept no substitute)<BR><BR>Spitalfields market<BR><BR>The walk along the thames from Strand-on the-green to Isleworth<BR><BR>The Thames wetlands centre<BR><BR>Theatres above pubs eg Gate, red lion, Bush etc<BR><BR>Proper Pubs (not in the centre)<BR><BR>The music scene in Camden Town (incidentally Morrisey is from manchester and would be most offended if you linked him with London!).<BR><BR>Horse racing in the evening at Kempton Park<BR><BR>Greyhound racing<BR><BR>"village london" eg Notting Hill; Hampstead; Wimbledon; Richmond.<BR><BR>Somerset House.<BR><BR>

Hi all,<BR>I can't wait, back there in 4 weeks for my 25th visit. London is the best and all the responses have been great. I'll add<BR>1. The Kensington Roof Garden (finally got there in Feb after many times trying)<BR>2. Brompton Oratory<BR>3. Borough Market<BR>4. Bermondsey Market<BR>5. The walk along the Thames from The Tate Modern, past the Globe, past the Golden Hinde and ending at Southwark Cathedral<BR>6. Walking the length of the Regent Canal<BR>7. Tea at the Orangery<BR>8. Strolling thru Hyde Park and finding the Peter Pan statue<BR>9. Ben Haines!!!!!

Food:<BR>tea and scones and clotted cream.Might not be special to some,but cannot find real clotted cream here.<BR>Indian food,I know they have it here but it is never as good.<BR>Chocolate, yes they have chocolate in NY but the atmosphere in London makes it taste better:)<BR>Coffee, I love the coffee in London.<BR>Marmalades and jams, yum.<BR>Puddings, I just love it when we are served a "pudding" after dinner,even if it has a name like spotted dick~<BR>The tomatoes in London in the summer, small round sweet.<BR>Branston pickles and cheddar sandwich.<BR>A good thing we walk everywhere when we visit or I would be too big to fit on the airplane home...
