s/b ...'deadline for res is 9/25'

There's a dedham, why shouldn't there be a dedline?
|
Yes, Gpanda, but would you accurately say "in darkest dedham", or is that only used to describe Needham?

I am so sorry my I'll be out of the country that weekend. Well, not actually sorry that I'm out of the country, but sorry I'll be missing all of you. : (
I'll toast all of you from Tuscany : ) |
BH, say it ain't so. How did this happen? It's always on the same weekend.
|
BH, we'll miss you! But have a great time on your trip... you didn't say where you are going to be. Hope it's exciting and exotic.
|
getting up to our cut-off point for reservations....would love to have more participants
|
Hopefully everyone coming from out of town has already made their reservation at the Hyatt Summerfield Suites in Burlington as their website showed them being sold out when I was checking today to see if the price had dropped...
|
If you haven't made reservations, don't despair. Both the Hilton Garden Inn in Burlington and The Courtyard by Marriott in Billerica are both still available for the weekend, and they're both $110/night before any discount that you might have. Both places are within easy reach of Friday and Saturday venues.
|
There's a Courtyard by Marriott in Billerica??!?!?!?! I never would have guessed. Somehow I thought if Billerica had any establishments for lodging, they'd involve a check-in desk where the personnel staff the place behind a bullet-proof partition!
BC |
It's right next door to the Billerica Ballet.
|
The Courtyard is in Billerica's Silk Stocking District.
|
I thought all of Billerica was in a Fishnet Stocking District.
BC, confused in Michigan (par for the course) |
Please pronounce Billerica! Is it Bill/Erika? Or I think I've heard Bell Rick-uh.
|
bill-RICK-uh is the correct pronunciation. bill-uh-RICK-uh is acceptable.
Though it sounds like it could be a Native American name, it's actually named for the English town of Billericay. I'll ignore the rude comments from the Ann Arborite, whose is no doubt still walking on air after the Wolfereens' gallant 5-pt victory over Mighty UMass. |
Thanks, rizzuto. Somehow I thought it was spelled with bell at the beginning...
See you soon. I want nice weather. See what you can do! ha |
why are these out of New Englanders insulting our towns? :)

Scenic envy? |
Mimi... you guys talk funny :) and you leave out syllabols when you pronounce names like Worchester!
See you soon. I love to hear that Boston accent. (we Illinoisans speak more purely... :) Scenic envy? Don, you should see all the cornfields around me. YES, I have scenic envy! |
