Our Seder was wonderful, and both th cake and the salmon were fabulous. I really recommend this cake for ease of preparation, deliciousness, making a day ahead, and also its GF. Fabulous. Additionally I really liked slow poaching the salmon, it is the best I’ve ever made. All the food from everyone was excellent.
