The Pic de Bergons peek up through the bottom left corner of this image. From our rental (not shown), it was a mere 10 minute walk into the center of Luz. It could get very windy there. The hamlet Sassis was directly across from us, on the slopes of Soum de Auheres. The stars were very visible at night.
