We spent a few days this month in Zurich, staying at the Sorell St. Peter hotel in the Altstadt. Had a wonderful time. Zurich's Altstadt seems to be significantly under-rated on Fodors. We've been to many German cities over the holiday period and find Zurich's historic town center to be just as attractive as many of those DE destinations. Plus enjoyed some great food at Bindella, Tao's, and Cafe Montmartre.
