Yay! Got a combo platter consisting of 4 ribs, a bunch of brisket, pork and turkey and a thin pork steak which I have never seen outside of St. Louis where it is famous. Thank goodness we had ice packs, Tupperware and a cooler because they piled on the Q and I ate on it for the next couple of days.
