I don't measure on this. Saute garlic cloves, chopped onions, and some of the chopped celery. Add to a pot of water chicken or vegetable bouillon or use stock. Season to taste with salt, pepper, white pepper, curry powder. Cook on medium flame and once it comes together, 30 minutes ad milk(2% comes out surprisingly good). add a cold water-corn starch mixture if you like it thicker, finish with a drizzle of good olive or avocado oil. A little cream optional. Garnish with celery leaves and serve.
