I would love this house. Heck, I'd be happy with just the boathouse. In 10 years of being on the water often from my boat, I have never seen any family member use the house. I've seen workers' families enjoying the dock and I've seen the huge windows/ doors open on the second floor living area of the boathouse, but not the big house. I can't imagine...
