Very tart and delicious, the fruit has very little sugar but has boiled cider and lemon or orange zest added. The topping is 1 cup packed brown sugar, one cup oats, 3/4 cup flour., 1 stick of unsalted butter melted, and a half cup of chopped pecans. The topping is as sweet as the filling is, tangy.
