schmerl: Okay here is your coconut pie, half of it is gone already, I wonder where !!! I baked it in a 6 inch pie shell so as you can see you are getting a big piece. It may have a bit too much vanilla extract, but the sweetened coconut flakes will make up for it. If the Customs people eat this one also...then there will be no Christmas Cake for you this year. ;)
