Picturesque bridge, river, rock. Nice place to have a picnic. The color of the water is amazing and gives this area its name (Verdon Gorge). The town, set on the banks of the emerald waters of the Verdon, only begins to appear when you get to the Pont du Roc bridge, built in the 15th century to replace an older one from the 9th and used by Napoleon in 1815 on his return from Elba.
