I have this pretty toucan. I definitely have some quetzal shots somewhere. We went out with a birding guide in San Gerardo de Dota and saw about ten in one day. Spectacular. They were in all the avocado trees. Also saw one in Monteverde. Our guide met us in the parking lot and asked if we'd like to see something wonderful, and we said yes please, and he pointed right over our head. The quetzal was in a tree in the parking lot and no one had spotted it!
