Visiting the Central Coast wineries - My friend stopped me as we walked across the parking lot with delight on his face and said "Listen to the silence!". He was in awe. One could still hear cars on the highway and other noises. My response was "Oh, honey, if you want quiet, come to the country!". We bought a wonderful viognier there.
