This is a very pretty pie, and at 10”, a good sized one. Again I did not have enough crust to make a nice edge. I am working on that. The crust is (supposedly) a no roll crust with oil instead of butter, but it is too stiff to pat successfully.into the pan. I made extra dough and still did not have enough for my big pan. I did roll it, sort of, between two sheets of waxed paper. I think I need more milk in the dough and next time I will try that and see if it’s more pliable.
