I'll look out for you, Carolyn. Give me wave as you pass. I'll be the one out in the paddock with sheep. It should be easy enough to spot me.

We would go back to St. Augustine, Florida. What a beautiful place! The drive up along the coast is so breath taking.
It was this quaint village on the ocean, the first port settled by Columbus. Everything was so old and beautifully restored it felt like you were in Europe! Cobblestone streets and the whole bit. We had lunch at the A-1 Alehouse where they make their own beer and it overlooks the port where all the big boats are docking. The lunch was terrific. We only spent one day there but would definately expolore that place again and spend more time. We were there in February and it was a bit chilly so we would go back in possibly March or April and stay in one of their lovely B&B's. |
Cape Cod National Seashore in MA and Acadia National Park in ME
New Orleans and Charleston SC and Boston for a bit more action |
I've been to Paris 4 times, twice since 2004 and would go over and over and over if it weren't for the cost of two kids in college and trying to find someone trustworthy to care for my horses. Even though I can't afford to go I view apts. in Paris via www.vrbo.com on a regular basis and stroll the streets I love via http://www.pagesjaunes.fr/trouverles...nnels/index.do
We ski in Aspen every year between Christmas and NYE (past 23 years). If you don't ski go in the summer when you can bike, hike, raft and eat. Fly to Denver, make your way through Summit County and Vail then drive on to Aspen or take Independence Pass route if its open. I love Arizona so much we bought a place there and I go about 6-8 times per year to hike, bike and take in the scenery. Scottsdale, Tuscon, Grand Canyon.... |

We live in the UK and all places we have visited in the U.S. we would gladly return to.
Florida, NY, Hawaii, California, Tennessee, Arizona, New England. Nevada. Loved them all but return to Florida every year and still finding new places to visit. Miami, the Keys, St. Augustine, Naples, Fort Lauderdale, Caribbean cruises. All great, in fact we cannot bring ourselves to visit anywhere else now other than the U.S.unless it's a few days break to Europe. |
LONGBOAT KEY, FLORIDA...absolutely gorgeous!
CHICAGO -- who doesn't love Chicago! And there is so much to do there no matter which month you decide to go. The energy of the city is incredible - the skyscrapers awesome - beautiful architecture - fabulous restaurants - great hotels - amazing shopping - museums - comedy clubs - nightlife - plays - I could go on and on - and I go back as often as I can! |
