You may get a different response from someone who has been there recently, but up until 2002 it was just standard concession stands and a few local concessions. From my childhood until the early 21st century I spent countless nights (and a few afternoons) at Fenway. There are many fine places to eat in the area, but no sit down restaurants in Fenway. This is one old ballpark, and that's part of its charm. Unlike some of the newer parks, you won't get too much upscale dining in Fenway. The Fenway Franks strike me as better than the average ball park hot dogs (incidentally, I only eat hot dogs at baseball games), and the best regional item would be the clam chowder from Legal SeaFoods. Based on current trends, pray that you see Schilling, Beckett, or (maybe) Wakefield as your starting pitcher. It's the best baseball park in America to see a game (with the best team), but I'd go elsewhere for the best food
