So pretty much what I am hearing is that you guys DON'T want to play pin the P***S to the Naked Guy game? Really?
Cause we all had to sit through that one after the panty game and I think 3 people out of about 20 actually got up to do it which were the Bride, Grooms Mom and Grandma (Yikes). |
Grandmas who pin pen*ses on the naked man poster rock.
:) Thanks again for those of you encouraging me. I really do empathize with all the calls out there for no more games, but since we will be playing games, I appreciate the good ideas and I'm actually printing this whole thread so I can keep track of them. xoxo- Lynne |
Lynne,
I commented earlier that I hate games. (Sorry!) But knowing now that your SIL is only 23 and one of the first in her group to have a shower, it's probably safe to assume the guests will love it, just based on the newness of it all. Take a look at this site: http://www.imagebydesign.com/kathee/bridal/games.htm Unfortunately, i've had to use it before. ;) It's got a huge # of shower games listed. As for the alcohol/no alcohol issue, a solution might be serving mimosas and champagne cocktails. It satisfies most people since the guests can do straight champagne, a champagne cocktail or just plain juice in their flutes. Plus, I think champagne feels more celebratory rather than "boozy". Hope this helps! Have fun. |
Thank you for that website smileyface!
