What does LOL mean?
 

Sorry that I am so dumb, but everyone uses this expression on this forum, and I don't understand it.

LOL=laughing out loud <BR> <BR>The internet version of laughing.

LOL = "laughing out loud" <BR> <BR>there are some other weird shorthands, I still haven't figured out!

On the net 'LOL' usually means 'Laugh Out Loud' as others have said. <BR> <BR>Another common abbreviation is YMVV: Your Mileage May Vary <BR> <BR>

It can also mean: Lots Of Love!
