I agree with janisj. I think the only one who is confused is SAB. I'm sure the wharf cfntmpn referred to was Fisherman's Wharf in SF, not Sausalito. You can easily walk from the GG Bridge to the Wharf along the picturesque Marina Green.

Yes, it was the SF Wharf. We took the city bus across the bridge to the Soso side, then walked towards the SF side. It did take most of a day, but we loved it!
