Just be careful with your short-term rental as most short-term rentals are now illegal in NYC.

Thx MMe 397, we are acutely aware of all that. Apparently, the minimum is 31 nights rental and/or the owner must live somewhere onsite. We plan to rent about 5 weeks or like that.
