Roger: Like I said, you can't judge all of Philly just because you've only driven through the bad parts. I'm assuming you've never been to Center City, Old City, Society Hill, or University City. Why don't you enlighten yourself by driving through those before you write off an entire city.

I have relatives who live just a block inland from Bethany Beach, and it is a beautiful area!!

Giggs:<BR><BR>I enjoy going to Delaware for a vacation. I usually go to the Rehoboth/Bethany area. If possible I would live there. You'd like living not far from the Atlantic. Actually Philly or Wilmington are not long drives to the Atlantic and you'd be close to three major NE cities. Go for it.
