The Producers - has anyone seen it with the current cast?
 

I know the original cast was adored by the critics. I can't seem to find any comments on the current cast.<BR>Has anyone seen it? Is it still as wonderful?

Brad Oscar (in the Nathan Lane role) has been reviewed most favorably by the critics. While I haven't seen any reviews of Roger Bart (who is now in the role originated by Matthew Broderick), he is a most talented performer who did quite well as the original Carmen Ghia in The Producers.

I saw it in October with Brad Oscar and thought he was great. I haven't laughed that hard in a long time!

I saw &quot;The Producers&quot; in October with Brad Oscar and Steven Webber (from the TV show &quot;Wings&quot;). Brad Oscar was wonderful. I'm glad to hear that Steven Webber has left the show. He was okay, but didn't have the stage presence for a musical. His singing was on the weak side.<BR><BR>I'd love to see the LA cast come east. Althought it hasn't opened yet, Jason Alexander and Martin Short are the perfect duo for this show.

I saw the show when it opened and then again this past December. It is still very good and funny. Roger Bart was excellent! Go see it.
