i too have a tiny tatoo on the middle of my lower left back/hip. it can only be seen when I wear a really tiny bikini. I don't regret it either and I work at a very conservative cancer hospital and am in upper management. If you choose correctly and it's not outrageously big, I don't see why anyone wouldn't take you seriously!

The Chinese symbol for "go". (I have no idea what it looks like, but it is bound to be pretty small.) :) Or, if you have a favorite place to travel, the word "GO" in that language. (Mine would be Italian.)

Or a favorite saying in that language. "Il mondo è mine". (The world is mine.) :)
