It strikes me as odd that you had a problem at both of the restaurants you chose in Seattle.

The foreign object in your chowdeer is particularly disturbing, and the manager's reaction was unacceptable. I crossed Elliott's off my list.

While I know others like Flying Fish, the several ltimes I have gone, I had bad experiences of one kind or the other. So this doesn't surprise me.

No worries, suze. The seafood was great. These other issues were mere diversions that added a little piquancy to the occasion.
