How large a bill?

And how many of the large bills?

FainaAgain Aug 13th, 2007 12:39 PM

$20 is a large bill. I probably phrased it improperly.

What I tried to say, enough small bills to pay exactly.

easytraveler Aug 13th, 2007 12:42 PM

Thanks for the explanation! :)

MelissaHI Aug 13th, 2007 12:44 PM

Any extra dollar bills can be used on the male strippers at the end of the GTG.

:D

FainaAgain Aug 13th, 2007 12:50 PM

Kal is going home today.

Shanghainese Aug 13th, 2007 01:38 PM

I like scrambled eggs, not scramble for change!

trippinkpj Aug 13th, 2007 06:17 PM

Unfortunately, Trippin is a no. We have some major family "issues" right now that will tie up my weekends. I do hope I can make the next one. Thanks again easyT for your offer.

YOdel Eh HEE HOO

Police ride went well. They didn't 'cuff me'...MelissaHI... Do you like how I brought your strippers into the picture?Ha ha.

I learned quite a bit. It was very interesting. It was a sad day for a 16 year old going twice the speed limit. She'll probably lose her license for a year.

Everyone needs to slow down when driving, anyway. Its easy to lose control of your car, so be careful out there ya hear.....that's my pOlice lecture.

FainaAgain Aug 14th, 2007 07:56 AM

Roslaire, does this mean you are not coming to the GTG? Sorry, I didn't understand your post.

Trippin, hope to see you at the next GTG!

paula1470 Aug 14th, 2007 09:39 AM

Faina-I am buying my ticket home. What time do you think we will finish with lunch? Of course, I realize I can leave anytime but would like to stay until the end if possible.

FainaAgain Aug 14th, 2007 10:04 AM

Paula, do you remember how long we had our last GTG? Maybe 4 hours?

easytraveler Aug 14th, 2007 10:16 AM

Did we meet at 6pm? Got out about 10pm? Sounds about four hours is right.

Woohoo, another GTG! :)

paula1470 Aug 14th, 2007 11:20 AM

Sounds about right-that's what I was planning. Can't wait! Start practicing your singing for Happy Birthday!

trippinkpj Aug 14th, 2007 11:43 AM

Thanks Faina. :-)

LindaL Aug 15th, 2007 09:02 AM

Sorry, Easytraveler. I drove from Santa Clara to Houston over the weekend with my daughter who bought a house there. I am just now checking the website. I will be in NYC from 9/6 to 9/10. If you or Roslaire or anyone else wants to get together for a drink, cruise around the "Lady" or anything else, let me know. We can discuss on Saturday.

FainaAgain Aug 15th, 2007 10:20 AM

NO!

NO, NO, and NO!

On Saturday, only LOCAL gossip is allowed!

:))

LindaL Aug 15th, 2007 10:26 AM

Faina: Please come to NYC with me!!

FainaAgain Aug 15th, 2007 10:28 AM

Can't do. Must be in Palo Alto on September 9. I heard, it will be Linda-free zone :))

easytraveler Aug 15th, 2007 10:53 AM

Faina: I'm confused! "No! No! No!" about what?

Gosh, reminds me of "La View En Rose: "Non, rien de rien..."

Linda: no problemo! Yes, let's discuss this weekend.

tripping: sorry you won't be able to make it, but do hope you will next round! :)

roslaire: you need a ride forom the airport? Paula has offered and so am I, either one of us can pick you up.

LindaL Aug 15th, 2007 11:41 AM

Easytraveler: Who knew Faina had a jealous streak? She doesn't want us talking about an NYC GTG when she can't be there. I will be interrupting her all afternoon when she starts talking about a trip where I wasn't there which will be all of them!! LOL.
