I know what you mean ccalhoon. Breakfast is the one meal I want to be able to just wander down half awake and eat. The rest of the meals I like to go out and find great places.

The Hilton Waikoloa on Big Island has a "Perfecting Paradise" package that includes breakfast at Palm Terrace.

Most ALL hotels offer a breakfast package. You just need to figure out how much the convenience is worth to you. And I can't imagine chosing an island and a hotel based on a breakfast.

The Hyatt on Maui often offers breakfast in the Swan Court with some of their package deals. I LOVE it. Beautiful room and great breakfast buffet.
