Marley's sounds great - I've read a couple of good reviews (impressive for a new restaurant). I've moved it from my "maybe" to the "must" list!!

to cheapbutnice: Thanks for the tip about dolphin watching. We took your advice. We saw at least 5 dolphins. The dolphin watching boat cruised by and two of them followed it for awhile. After it passed, a whole family of dolphins appeared and played in the water about 20 feet from the beach. It was great! A couple of times it felt like they were watching us.

I've never been to Hilton Head, so excuse my ignorance of the area!
We're going THIS WEEKEND, and I'm intrigued by the dolphin watching. So what particular restaurant should we eat in that area, and then walk to see the dolphins?
Thanks so much,
Tammy

There's a great place, not near the dolphins though, called Garden Oak Grille. Not many people have heard about it yet, it's kind of out of the way, but it's really adorable and the food was great. It's on Marshland Road, the way we found it was they had lots of tiki torches burning.

To Carla: Thanks for the response, you made my day.
To Tamtot:Please read my earlier POSTS that describe restaurants & dolphin watching in the South Beach area of Sea Pines

Whatever you do, don't eat at Little Venice in Shelter Cove. I posted a trip report giving feedback on what we did/where we ate, but I feel the need to warn you against this place in this thread as well.

If you are looking for a good, cheap Sunday brunch, Kenny B's New Orleans Cafe is yummy!!
