Help with account password
 

I am unable to log in (not accepting my password) and my email address has changed since my original registration, so I can't reset and retrieve my password that way.

I emailed [email protected] for help, but haven't received a response. I created this new acct to post this question, but would like to get my old one back. Any suggestions?

Keep in mind that the editors generally are not on the forums over the weekend.

I had problems with my account recently also. The problems seem to start the same time the new website layout was initiated. I did get a response within a day from "registration" but today I had problems signing on again and have not yet heard back with a re-set password. I finally just set up a new account.

I also had this problem this morning and I added a letter to my old screen name....

I would definitely email the editors. And start a post on the Lounge for Katie_H - she's the Community Editor, responsible for the forums. I've noticed she posts there when there are search bugs, etc.

When the website redesign launched, I got an email from Fodors saying my password had been changed. I emailed Katie, and it turns out it was a glitch in the system (I can still use my original password).
