"To deal with people in a patronizingly superior manner." This is the oft-published definition. What's the problem here? "Martha", the anonymous, clearly did not read ANYTHING on biddingfortravel. She is "not sure" because she expended zero effort to "help" herself. She requested "other information you could pass on". Would that help Martha? Do you THINK? I do not find Sheryl "harsh", rather amazingly RESTRAINED! Anyone can choose to take advantage of Priceline or biddingfortravel or NOT. One thing is for sure. Anyone who just doesn't care to help themselves simply is beyond the assistance of others.

Martha, you're going to be an unemployed VP very shortly. Anthony, the first poster that responded to you, answered your questions. He told you that you do not bid on Bidding for Travel. He told you that it is an online bulletin board for advice on how to bid on Priceline. Since your questions were about BFT, and you were told you can't bid on BFT, your subsequent questions were moot and not answerable relating to BFT. However, they could have been answered in regard to Priceline, had you asked about Priceline, but you never did. Martha, you are not VP material. I don't even think that you are qualified to be a file clerk. You obviously don't comprehend what you read.
