Rant: The world still isn't safe for so many people, especially children.

Rave: The world is still beautiful for so many. My family and I are truly blessed.

Rave: Charles Shaw wine by the case and Trader Joe's!!

Rant: DD caught a cold and missed a day of water polo practice with the hardest time in the leauge this week :(

Rave: She's good to go after a day of rest and lots of pampering!

Rant: Missed gym workouts this week, but did go to pose with our entire family for son's website for his CPT business! (does that count?)

Rave: Enjoyed a beautiful day up at our condo last weekend. We sat by the lake and read and munched on treats from a wine basket I won at a silent auction. (Fund-raiser for our local HS athletic program.)

Rant: I want to drink our Syrah, but we took it to be tested last Sat. at Engelmann Cellars and it still has a way to go. Got high praise, tho!!

Rave: DH and DS and buddies are off to SF on Sun. for the 49ers game!! They're excited about it!

Rant: In-laws are off to Cozumel for a month, staying in a hacienda threre. I want to go!!!

Rave: DH got tickets to David Copperfield for all 8 of us in a couple of weeks!!

Rant: Work tomorrow am for a couple of hours. Meeting with a client at her lot. A 5,000 sq. ft. home will be VERY nice for a project for the new year, tho!

Rave: Fall is here! Cooler weather is very welcomed. Our oldest Vizsla loved her two days up at Huntington Lake with DS and his fiance. ***kim*** (~~)

RAVE: My tiny girl will be 6 months on Monday...where has the time gone?

RANT: She got her first cold this week and has been waking several times a night...poor baby. Poor momma.

RAVE: I've lost 2 more pounds-now 7 pounds under my pre pg weight and a size 3...woohoo!

Rant: Too bad they aren't showing the Sox games at a more reasonable time of day like they do the Yankees. I am either at work, on the way home from work, or way too far past bedtime.

Rant and Rave: Too many long hours at work this week, but a short vacation is on the way next week - Shenandoah Valley.

Rave: Leave Florida on Sunday for a week in a cabin in the Tennessee mountains.

Rant: There's another friggin storm brewing in the Gulf.

Rave: The great photos I received from Marilyn and Kal this week regarding the GTG in SF and the GTG in Yountville.
Rant: My stupid health insurance company changed the medical group we can go too so losing my great Dr.
Rave: My back has finally stopped hurting.
Rant: It is going to take me days to get caught up on things I haven't gotten done this week thanks to the aching back.
Rave: The beautiful cool weather here in the southern Sacramento Valley.
Rant: I want to be in Italy and can't right now

RAVE: Gorgeous weather all weekend.
RANT: I don't get Columbus Day off.
RAVE: Husband's birthday is Monday.
RANT: He has to work ALL weekend and Monday, too. Maybe I'll go leaf-peeping solo. (what a funny word!)
