Oh CAPH, I sure understand! Is there something that you wanted to do when the children were younger that you could do know? Learn a language, something artistic, some classes etc? Or maybe just enjoy the quiet time that you are well entitled to. And catching up on reading can be wonderful!!

P_M, wishing you some quiet time in the evening for yourself. I hope your week isn't too miserable! Trust you can take a long soak in the tub, have a meal in your room while you read a good book, just relax and enjoy some quiet after a hectic day.

Hello, all. I'm actually having an OK time out here. The people at the office are very nice and just about everyone came by today to try to convince me to move out here next year when the Austin office closes. It's nice to know I'm wanted here, but it would be so hard to adjust to life in this part of the country. I'm too much of a big-city person, and it would be a lot different to live in a small desert city such as this.

Right now I am enjoying a quiet evening in my hotel room. I've got Cash Peters on the travel channel and Anthony Bourdain comes on next.

But here's some good news: It looks like I'll be going home tomorrow night. YIPPEE!! I miss DH and my baby dog so much. At least DH knows where I am and when I'm coming home, but my sweet baby dog can only wonder where mama is. :-(

But I'll see her about 9pm tomorrow night. :-d
