Just be sure to bring a pair or long pants and a light weight jacket in case you get caught in one of those cold snaps.

I have lived in the Keys for many years and our family always visits in December. Sometimes I have the heat on and sometimes the air conditioning!

The only natural beach in the Keys is Bahia Honda. I prefer to stay at Cheeca Lodge on Islamorada. Best Key Lime Pie is at "Manny & Issa's" on Islamorada. You can't take a plane from the Keys to Mexico, but a short flight can get you to Cuba!!
