rant: Its going back down to 22 below 0 tonight.

rave: I just got a new shipment of heating oil \:D/

rant: The weather and the Panthers lost the super bowl

rave: Getting ready to plan a trip to Sanibel - look for my questions soon!

rave: Going skiing tomorrow with my son.

rant: he's bringing along several of his teenage buddies.

Rant: It's snowing again.
Rave: my dog is feeling better.

Rave: We're going skiing on Sunday

Rant: The high is supposed to be 21!

Rave: The bathroom we've been working on redoing is really starting to shape up.
Rant: I am grouting the 2" tiles tonight, after a nerve-wracking mastic experience on Weds. night, and I'm five kinds of nervous.
Rant: It's barely 33 outside, and after the snow from this AM we've now got "Wintry Mix". Evil words, those two.
Rave: One month until Prague!!

Rant- Yuk weather in upstate NY
Rave- No school due to weather
Rave- Leaving next week for Tampa

Rant: I was up almost all night, just having work/life/money/kitchen remodel anxiety.

Rave: My husband is the greatest and life is pretty darn good. Plus I found some kitchen cabinets that won't break the bank.

Rant: JJ & all the publicity over one boob! (I think she did it to divert attention from her brother)
Rave: Lots of snow for skiing! :) :)

Rave: It's 80 degrees right now in Naples. Not a cloud in the sky for my beach walk this morning.

Rant: I had to switch to iced latte at Starbucks this morning after my beach walk. And since I'm roasting lamb and a duck for cassoulet for our ART cast party, I had to turn on the air-conditioning!

(I wonder why people in Fargo hate me?)

Rant: (well, much more than a rant, actually) That freakin psycho in Florida killing that poor 11 year old girl.

Rave: Thats right, say it with me...10 more weeks to go and it will be BABY time!

Rant: All week we had decent weather and now that's it's Friday, it rains and turns cold!! Why does the weather ALWAYS seem to be worst during the weekends??

Rant: Now that I have finally settled into a relationship, a guy I would have killed to see again only a month ago contacts me asking if he can see me again. Can you say Murphy's Law?

Rant: Jesus, enough about Janet's boob! LOL

Rave: I'm going to DC again next weekend - and it's a 3 day weekend!

Rave: The day is almost over.

Rave: I can leave from work early if I so desire today.

Rave: I get to spend the weekend under the covers away from this blasted weather.

Rant: we either have to move or fix up the house and remodeling is EXPENSIVE!

Rave: hubby has discovered heretofore unknown talent for fixing plumbing; could drywall and flooring be far behind?

I'm sitting here with this rain, sleet and ice and I could have been in Florida nice and warm.

Rave: There's not much to rave about on a day like today!

Rant: Hubby might deploy sooner than we thought and our trip to Sonoma/Napa will be out the window! :(

Rave: Guilt from frequent deployments has made my husband consider letting me get a cat!

RAVE: Got a nice paycheck and my tax refund all in the same day...went browsing at the bookstore and caught up on bills.
RANT: That darn "check engine" light comes back on even when they turn it off at the dealership and verify there is nothing wrong...argh.

I am in Florida, and it is very warm and the wind is blowing and the Spanish moss is floating in the wind..ahhh..

travelisfun--my dh just retired last week...so i know what you are up against.

rant--dh started a new job already and i am left to deal with the move, with a broken right hand no less.

rave--we are headed back to Oregon where we have wanted to return to for many years:)

Congrats on the retirement! My husband is a 1st Lt for USAF--only 3 years into it and wants to stay in for 20! I'm sure this will be the first of MANY rescheduled vacations. Good luck with the move--hooray for getting to move where YOU want to!

Rant: 3 more weeks of being pregnant

Rave: 3 more weeks of being pregnant!! I only have one more week of work!

BIG RAVE: To jor for finally putting the date on Freaky Friday post so we know which thread we're on.

Rave: Even though it's Friday night and it's fairly new on DVD, we've got a copy of Le Divorce waiting at the video store for us. We get to look at Paris and dream about our next trip.

Rant: It's just a breast, for God's sake! The ads were a lot more offensive.

travelisfun--dh was an officer in the Navy...20 years. it went by VERY fast though...enjoy every minute of it, even those times that drive you crazy, lol! yes...get the cat:) we got 2 right after our first move, which was only a few months after getting married and it was a cross country move...i think dh felt sorry for me also:)

rant - i live in maine

rave - warmth in 29 days(orlando)

rant - my kids are fighting

rave - they'll be gone tomorrow all day

rant - basically that i ever had these cute little babies that have turned into fighting, obnoxious, loud, phone hogging, boyfriend bringing home teenagers

rave - ones at college, and the next two arn't far behind



ok i may sound a little mean but being home all day with 2 female teenagers and 4 of their friends while they have a snow day is more than i can handle......

Rant: Someone is suing over Janet J's boob? Why are people so outraged over the boob at the superbowl when there so many more "boobs" in more dangerous places, like political office!!! Maybe if they had more of JJ's cleavage they would have less Viagra advertising!
Rave: I got to plan more business travel for hub so more FF miles and hotel rewards!

Rant: That I am so stupid to actually watch the David Gest interview with Stone Phillips.

Rant: it's just past midnight and I missed the chance to do a freaky friday post again.

I thought we established last week that the statute of limitations ran until Sunday midnight. Besides, emd, it's only 9:10pm Friday night here on the left coast!

Rant: We here in mid-Michigan got a few more inches of snow today (which may not seem much to those of you out of the snow belt, but to those of us with over a foot of snow to begin with, is A LOT).

Rave: Winter is now more than half over and the days are getting longer (which means that spring is out there somewhere!)

They are ranting over the "boob" because it was "broadcasted" EVERYWHERE. There are small kids to adults who are christian, people who have morals and apparently these are the people that are offended.

Hey, I have morals, and I was not offended by the breast but I <i>was</i> offended by some of those incredibly tacky and misogynistic commercials (and I don't mean the erectile dysfunction ones).

Ques. How do you know when it's time to go to bed at Neverland?

Rant: poor Carlie and her family, I am heartbroken. I think watching her being abducted made the the whole mess MUCH WORSE. Rave: here in SWFla, a cool cloudy day(high 68*) to read a good book, I feel guilty when reading on a gorgeous 80* day like yesterday! Judy

RANT: Homeowners and businesses that don't clear their sidewalks or put salt on the ice!
