Message: i find going online and finding prices and then showing them to travel agents, they usually will meet these prices."

I think the problem could have been solved if megsterl followed her own advice!

Glad to know Delta has apparently loosened up alittle. Of course, for us it's moot...son has moved to the boondocks and closest airport is not even serviced by Delta (which is probably why my info was outdated). Thanks everyone, at least now I know.

A week ago I booked flight for my son on Delta. And last names are diffferent. No problem - and I do this 2-3 times a year without problem.

Regarding OP - if he or she speaks on the phone the way s/he writes, no wonder there was a problem getting Expedia to understand the problem, much less fix it.

I clicked on megsterl's name to see if his/her other posts are as "eloquent," as this, but nothing came up. Of course, it could be this web site acting up again.

P_M - In that case I have to guess that megsterl saw this post and had his/her username deleted. This doesn't remove the posts, but it does make it so that when you click on the name it says they don't exist.

I did the same thing yesterday or the day before and megsterl had several posts. I didn't read them to see how the grammar was, but they weren't troll posts.

Actually, if you put megsterl in the search box at the top you'll come up with 9 posts in addition to this one.

Actually, I had no difficulty reading and understanding the post. It sounds like a terrible experience, and I can certainly sympathize! I suspect the poster was sharing the experience to try and warn others about what can happen...

Man ,this person types as bad as I do!
I don't use Expedia because Orbitz always seem to have better prices!
