Any info about the Shrine Auditorium and the surrounding area in Los Angeles? Websites with inside pictures of the Shrine are what I'm really interested in. I am going to the Emmy's and will be staying at the Radisson Midtown for 1 night. I heard it was near the Shrine. Has anyone ever been in the audience at the Emmy Awards. I would love any info you have.

Do you HAVE to be near the Shrine? It's not in the most desirable area. <BR>I wouldn't stay at that Radisson if you paid me.

If really amazes me how a lot of posters on the site never have the brains to go to Google and punch in their request.<BR><BR>Just type in SHRINE AUDITORIUM and you will get a few listings.<BR><BR>Try it....you'll like it.

Hello,<BR><BR>The Shrine is a lovely auditorium in a not so desirable area. Never been to the Emmy's there but actually had my graduation from med school at the Shrine a few years ago.<BR><BR>It is an older theater, doesn't look like much from the outside. the inside is lovely.<BR><BR>How long will you be in LA? If for more than one night I would stay somewhere else-maybe Santa Monica.
